Florence has dominated Tuscany ever since the days of the Renaissance. It has grown to be quite a large city. We like Florence, particularly for its wealth of museums. We decided to take a daytrip there on giovedi (Thursday). On the way there, we had a small amount of rain, but it had cleared by the time we got to the city. Most of our time in Tuscany we had great weather, with a mixture of sun and clouds and temperatures in the lower 70s.
