After a stormy night at our B&B in Upper Breakish, near Broadford, we decided to risk the less-than-promising forecast (gale force winds and rain) and head out to the west coast of Skye, to a little fishing village named Elgol. The road leading out there was mostly " single-track" -- only one lane, with wider spots every quarter mile or so to pull over for cars coming the other way. But the drive was worth it -
